Shipping Information

At FortyFour Design & Print, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days from final artwork approval. We use trusted courier services for all deliveries, and tracking details will be provided where applicable.

Our Standard UK delivery is 48hr tracked with Royal Mail at a flat P&P cost of £3.99. Larger items will be sent using alternative 48hr tracked courier service at a flat P&P cost of £10.99. These times may vary during busy periods. Collection is also available from our Head office, or at any Access Karting events across the UK.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has left our hands. Please make sure your shipping details are correct when placing your order—unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for delays caused by incorrect information.

Returns & Refunds

As all of our products are custom-made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or defective. Producing our products to order ensures the end user receives the best quality product, freshly printed.

If you receive a product that’s damaged or has a manufacturing fault, get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving it at info@fortyfourdesignprint.co.uk. To help us sort things quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the defect or damage

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including standard postage costs, for any verified faulty items.

We reserve the right to decline a return or refund if:

  • The item shows signs of use or was damaged after delivery

  • The issue is due to general wear and tear or misuse

  • Incorrectly fitted.

  • The request falls outside the 48 hour window.

Your Rights

This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
